The Conjuring gets a new trailer

Love this one. The trailer is yet another one of the "Make them jump" horror films that seem to be all the rage. It does seem that it is a bit of a step back as it is directed by the person who did Saw, James Wan.  It does look good - if you like that sort of horror films.

It does claim to be Based on the true case files of the Warrens. It seems that the closest they get is using the name and mashing all their cases together.

Before there was Amityville, there was Harrisville.

Based on a true story, “The Conjuring” tells the horrifying tale of how renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren

were called upon to help a family terrorised by a dark presence in a secluded farmhouse.

Forced to confront a powerful demonic entity, the Warrens find themselves caught in the most terrifying case of their lives.
