Baseball meets Seabiscuit

The Oakland A’s have a problem. The lack of money. This may be an issue for some baseball teams but not for the A's. They have a secret weapon, a computer!

Based on Michael Lewis's book, Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game, we see the story of Billy Beane's (Brad Pitt) struggle to make a winning team, not on the classic attributes that make a baseball player but on, in their view, "cheaper" indicators of good payers.

The story of Oakland A’s general manager, Billy Beane, successful attempt to put together a baseball club on a budget, by employing computer-generated analysis to draft his players.
